How it works
Assessment
We start with a screening process to assess and establish whether your business is the right fit for the programme. The accelerator is not ideally designed for start-ups but focused on businesses that have established themselves, normally with 1-2 years of growing rapidly and expanding quickly. Danielle will also look at your financial model. If not a fit for the accelerator, the team will be able to help you consider other options of support.
Business Review
This is your chance to meet our expert consultants – and their chance to get the inside look at your business, goals and aspirations. We’ll help you identify the roadblocks that are keeping you from fulfilling your growth potential, and begin to map out an action plan that’ll get you from where you are to where you want to be.
This half-day business review with our two associates – Danielle Cole and Gordon Petrie – is normally £3,000 but will be discounted to £1500 if you decide to join the programme. If you’re ready to take your business to the next level, it’s on to step 3…
Programme design
Depending on your needs, we’ll create a bespoke programme that works for you, to help your company grow through innovation, financial planning, project management, operations and business strategy. Designed to help you avoid overwhelm and the pitfalls of rapid growth, plan finances to avoid cashflow challenges as you grow and especially help you to build the team and processes so that the business can run without you.
The price you pay for the programme depends on the support you need – from light touch guidance and accountability that’ll keep you on track to your goals, to hands-on implementation and ongoing business reviews with our expert associates.
